Refund Policy for Credit Card Donations

1.The Vision for Teenagers Adolescents and Youths Wellbeing Initiative greatly appreciates your generous support. As a nonprofit organization, we use donations to fund our mission-driven programs. However, we understand that errors can occur, and we are committed to addressing refund requests fairly and efficiently. however, TV-TAY Wellbeing Initiative deeply values the generosity of our donors and their commitment to our mission. We strive for transparency and accountability in all our financial transactions. While donations are generally non-refundable, we understand that mistakes can happen and will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis

2. Eligibility for Refunds
A refund may be considered under the following circumstances:

Accidental duplicate donations made due to technical errors.

Donations made in error, such as an incorrect amount.

Unauthorized transactions where a credit card was used fraudulently.

Donor request for refund within Fifteen(15) working-days of the donation date.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please:

Email us at  support@tv-tay.org with the subject line “Donation Refund Request.”

Provide your full name, donation date, transaction amount, and the last four digits of your credit card.

Specify the reason for the refund request.

Our team will review your request and respond within seven(7) business days.

4. Processing Time
Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 2 business days.

Processing time may vary based on your bank or credit card provider.

5. Non-Refundable Donations
Certain donations are non-refundable, including:

Donations older than Sixty(60) days from the date of the transaction.

Donations made to specific fundraising campaigns where funds have already been allocated.

Donations that were received as part of an exchange for goods, services, or event participation.

7. TV-TAY Wellbeing Initiative may verify a large amount of donations in case of no agreement between the organization and the donor for due diligence.

8. The TV-TAY Wellbeing Initiative will not be responsible for any donation made in connection with a fraudulent act and will pursue charges against any form of fraudulent contributions.

9. TV-TAY Wellbeing Initiative is not liable for loss or damage card used to make any contributions on its website.
